Parts assembling


Use instant glue for adhesion unless otherwise stated.

Enlarge holes for LED with 5mm drill bit.



Glue legs to the bottom side of the chamber.



Glue beams and legs to the body.



Glue mask hole bottoms to the mask.



Tilt the chamber like in the picture.



Place mask on the chamber.



Glue 4 mask holders to chamber to hold the mask. Don't glue mask in order to allow the mask to slide out.



If you are going to use camera for touch-screen detection,  attach the monitor spacers to chamber with double-sided tape.



Fill the water arm with clay as a weight and attach the lid with tapes.

Fix the servo to the water bottle arm with M3x20mm screw and nuts.

Cut off the ends of the water arm bottoms with nippers and glue them to the water arm. Don't glue them to the wrong orientation.



Prepare M3x8mm and M2x20mm screws (If M3x8mm is not available, cut the M3x20mm screw with nippers).Fix the servo arm like in the pictures.



Attach the servo arm to the axis of the servo and secure the M3 screw.



Put the chamber on the inverted roof. Make sure to align the front side like in the right picture.



Glue stops to the lid. Make sure not to glue the stops to the chamber to make the roof removable.



The stops should be located like this.



Lastly, check whether the square rocker can fit to the body and chamber to connect them.
