Parts assembling

Use instant glue for adhesion unless otherwise stated.
First enlarge the LED mounting holes using 5mm drill bit.

Glue legs to the underside of the chamber.

Glue the beams and legs to the body.

Glue mask hole bottoms to the mask of the touch monitor.

Tilt the chamber like in the picture.

Place mask on the front of the chamber.

Glue 4 mask holders to chamber to hold the mask. Do not glue the mask itself because it needs to allow for replacement of the mask by sliding.

If a camera will be used for panel touch detection, attach the spacers to the chamber using double-sided tape.

Fill the interior of the water arm with clay or any other heavy material to act as a weight and then put the lid and secure it with tapes.

Trim the ends of the water arm stoppers with nippers. Glue them to the underside of the water arm, ensuring correct orientation before bonding.

Prepare M3x8 mm and M2x20 mm screw (If M3x8 mm is unavailable, cut the M3x20 mm screw to the length using nippers). Fix the servo arm to the bottle holder like in the pictures.

Insert the servo arm to the rotation axis of the servo and secure them using the M3x8 mm screw.

Put the chamber on the inverted roof. Ensure front sides of the chamber and roof are aligned as the photo (red line).

Glue stop blocks to the lid to prevent displacement. Do not bond the stop block directly to the chamber body to allow the roof to remain removable.

The stops should be located like this.

Lastly, verify that the square rocker can be inserted properly to connect the chamber and the main body.
