Connect each parts like this.
If you don't have wifi access, you can connect Raspi directly to the ethernet cable (Use ethernet splitter if you need to branch the ethernet cable).
Connect power adopters. If everything is correct, the fan starts spinning. If a burning smell or smoke comes out, disconnect power immediately.
